At the concert ticket table located near the registration table.

MEALS:

  • Please wear your name tag at all times. Your name tag is your meal ticket.
  • You have signed up for your meals. Please take the meal you have ordered, as the kitchen is only preparing the meals that were ordered. Our team woked very closely with the hotel/chef to offer meals that would accommodate the dietary requirements of the majority of you. Click here to see the menu.
  • Those who ordered anything other than regular meals will have explanatory information in their packets along with tickets for the various options such as Vegetarian/Vegan and Gluten/Dairy Free. Again, please take what you ordered.
  • Friday breakfast Grab and Go tickets are only for those who purchased meals. The SSA will collect these tickets at the food stations. There will be non-gluten and dairy free options available at the food stations that moning.
  • All Institute attendees receive a drink ticket for the TRF sponsored Saturday night reception.

TIPS ABOUT SEATING DURING MEALS:

  • You will see some tables that say, “Hosted by VIP.” You may sit at any of these tables; the host is willing and eager to talk and answer questions you might have. Please take a seat at any of these.
  • If there are name cards at a seat, that means someone has a seating assignment there.
  • If you have a seating assignment, it will be in your registration packet.

JOIN US FOR THE SATURADAY RED SAND PROJECT!

Help fill the cracks in the sidewalk, symbolizing Rotary’s commitment to keep vulnerable people from falling between the cracks of society and becoming prey to human traffickers. This short, fun, participative project ends with eye-catching artwork and raised awareness of human trafficking.

Meet in the hotel lobby at 3:15PM on Saturday Nov. 12.
