Zone 2016 Institute Meal Package

This year’s Zone meal package is being shared so you can view what is being served. All the dishes offered have been scrutinized by the hotel to assure the safe consumption by all including those with various dietary restrictions

There are no dishes containing any seafood/shellfish being offered this year. All main entrees unless noted otherwise have been prepared gluten free. There are gluten-free options, along with the main offering, at Saturday lunch and the desserts for Thursday and Saturday night.

  • Saturday lunch includes an option with gluten, and another without.
  • The Thursday & Saturday dinner desserts contain dairy and gluten. A dessert fresh fruit bowl will be served to those with such restrictions.

There is a vegan/vegetarian option for Thursday dinner, Saturday breakfast, and Saturday dinner. Likewise unless noted, all salads and soups are free of dairy, nuts and gluten.

The Friday breakfast and Sunday Buffet are both buffet options.

Dishes that may contain such dietary restriction components have been identified by the Chef in the meal package. Available options are indicated and no substitutions can be made. (This information as of April 26, 2016)
